Eight-year-old girl injured in Russian attack on Dnipro

On the morning of September 28, Russian forces struck Dnipro. According to the regional military administration, three people were killed in the attack on a business center in the city center. The number of injured grew throughout the morning: initially 12 were reported, then 15, and by noon the figure had reached 18.
Among the injured is an eight-year-old girl who was diagnosed with a concussion by medics. Two of the wounded were hospitalized. Rescuers continued search and rescue operations at the scene.
According to the State Emergency Service, emergency workers managed to save 49 people. Those trapped on the upper floors of the damaged building were evacuated using an aerial ladder. The attack damaged the business center, adjacent buildings, and cars.
According to preliminary data from the prosecutor's office, the strike was carried out by a drone. The office of a Ukrainian IT company located in the area was also affected. The company reported that none of its employees were injured and that services continue to operate normally.
