Russian Attack on Odesa Region: Casualties and Civilian Infrastructure Damage

A night attack by Russian troops on Odesa region injured eight people, two of whom are in hospital. This was reported by the State Emergency Service and the regional military administration.

Damage was sustained by a civilian enterprise, port infrastructure facilities, a lyceum, an animal shelter, a private house, cars and trucks. Warehouse facilities, a gymnasium and a dormitory were also destroyed. Fires broke out in several places and were extinguished by emergency workers.

In Odesa, the attack destroyed three trucks and damaged eight more. Firefighting efforts were complicated by repeated air raid alerts.

Overall in Odesa, there were no dead or injured as a result of the strike on infrastructure, the city military administration reported.
