Russian forces strike residential districts of Kherson

On the morning of October 1, Russian forces shelled residential districts of Kherson several times. At around 07:00, artillery struck the coastal area of the Korabelnyi district, and at around 09:00, strikes hit the Tsentralnyi and Korabelnyi districts of the city.

According to preliminary data, a residential apartment building was damaged. Police are documenting the aftermath of the shelling: one person was killed and five were wounded.

Witnesses reported at least 12 strikes on the city.
