Criminal proceedings opened after strike on logistics company in Synelnykove

The head of the Synelnykove District Prosecutor's Office, Ivan Syrota, reported that two criminal proceedings were opened after a strike on a logistics company branch in Synelnykove.

The proceedings were initiated on the grounds of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional killing of people, as well as possible violation of labour protection legislation that resulted in the deaths of people.

As a result of the attack, four people were killed, including teenagers aged 15 and 17. Interrogations and forensic examinations are currently being conducted.
