Zelensky calls on Russia to stop inadequate escalation

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky called on Russia to stop its inadequate escalation, noting that Russian forces continue to turn infrastructure and everything that supports ordinary life into their targets. According to him, in the morning in Kyiv, a Shahed drone struck the Pivnichnyi (Northern) Bridge.

During the night, residential buildings, railways and energy infrastructure came under Russian attacks in many regions. In Chornomorsk, a drone hit a vessel. He also noted that Ukrainian soldiers are finding ways to respond fairly to these shellings, and during this day long-range capabilities effectively worked against facilities that serve the military machine.

The Administration of Seaports of Ukraine reported that a cargo vessel flying the flag of Liberia came under attack in a port in the Odesa region. As a result of the attack, a sailor was killed, and three more people were injured. 13 crew members were evacuated to a safe place.
