The Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office has sent to court the case of a missile strike on the Sputnyk cafe in the village of Hroza, which killed 59 people. Seven defendants will be tried, including two local brothers and five Russian commanders.

The case of the missile strike on the Sputnyk cafe in the village of Hroza in Kharkiv region, which killed 59 people, has been sent to court. The regional prosecutor's office reported this on Monday, 05 October, at 10:30.
Seven defendants will be tried: two local brothers who provided coordinates, and five Russian commanders who ordered attacks on civilians.
The case was investigated for about three years. Investigators conducted more than 270 forensic examinations, 3D scanning, analysed missile fragments and recreated its flight path.
