Kharkiv endures 12 enemy strikes in a week — Tyeriekhov

Last week, Kharkiv endured 12 enemy strikes, Mayor Ihor Tyeriekhov reported on Monday, 28 September. Nine times Russian forces used FPV drones, and three more times they used Shahed-type strike drones.

Eight people were injured as a result of the strikes. In one of the city's districts — Piatykhatky — a man was killed by a direct hit.

The northern part of the city, in particular the Kyivskyi and Saltivskyi districts, suffered the most destruction. Strikes were also recorded in the Shevchenkivskyi and Slobidskyi districts.

Civilian infrastructure was damaged: residential buildings, an educational institution, cars, road surface and a stadium.
