Man injured in Kyiv as Russian attack hits three districts

During the night of October 1, a Russian attack damaged buildings in three districts of Kyiv. In the Solomianskyi district, a drone struck a school, with children sheltering inside. In the Obolonskyi district, a man was injured and handed over to medics.

In the Solomianskyi district of Kyiv, a Russian drone struck a school building. At the time of the attack, more than 100 students and about 60 staff members were in a shelter, with no casualties reported. The strike damaged the facade of the academic building at the third-floor level and caused a fire.

In the Obolonskyi district, one man was injured as a result of a fire and was handed over to medics. The city also recorded a strike on warehouse facilities.

Overall, buildings in three districts of Kyiv were damaged in the night attack. Emergency services worked at the scenes.
