Explosions in Kyiv, mass power outages reported

In the early hours of Wednesday, September 30, loud explosions were heard in Kyiv. The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine recorded ballistic missile launches. Power outages are spreading across the city.

According to preliminary data, strikes hit at least four energy facilities in the capital. Explosions continue to be heard in some districts of the city, likely due to the detonation of cluster warheads.

Six Shahed-type attack drones are being tracked around the city. According to monitoring channels, up to 20 missiles were launched toward Kyiv and the region from various directions within a short period.
