Kyiv fires and power, water outages after Russian attack

In Kyiv, fires and power and water supply disruptions occurred as a result of a nighttime attack by Russian forces on Wednesday, September 30. According to the Kyiv City Military Administration, as of 06:08 the number of injured had risen to four people.

Fires were recorded in the Sviatoshynskyi, Holosiivskyi and Obolonskyi districts. In particular, a warehouse building burned in the Holosiivskyi district, a store premises in the Obolonskyi district, and private residential buildings in the Sviatoshynskyi district.

A woman was injured in the attack and was hospitalised by medics. In total, four people were injured in the city.

Due to strikes on energy infrastructure, the capital is experiencing problems with electricity and water supply.
