In Pryluky, the death toll from the strike on a five-storey building has risen to 13, according to the State Emergency Service. Among the dead are four children. Rescuers continue to clear the rubble, and people may still be trapped under the debris.
Rescuers found three conscious people alive at different points under the rubble of the destroyed apartment building. Earlier, 6 deaths were reported, including an 8-year-old boy, and 34 injured, including 5 children.
In Pryluky, the next three days have been declared days of mourning. In total, 38 people have been injured in the city, including 7 children. Search and rescue operations are ongoing.
